one week in

So, I'm one week into my health kick and still going strong. My numbers are all improving, so let's take a look (because I know how much you all care): Weight: 207.8 lbs (-0.8) Waist: 41 1/4 inches Stomach: 44 1/2 inches Disgusting Obesity Value: High (hey, that one will take time) Here's to hoping that I stick with it. I hope you're all rooting for me. Is 40 lbs. too much? We'll find out soon.

yeah, at this point, if you turn to the side, i can hardly see you! :o) well..almost. love you! speaking of which...i'm sitting here saying that i need to go work out, yet avoiding it like the plague.

You can do it, Mike!! I, too am back on the health wagon & have lost back almost all that I gained back, which would put me....right back to where I started when I stopped being good. Does that make an ounce of sense? Anyway, I'm rooting for you, Dianna
